Home Services at The Home Depot

Had a complete kitchen gut and install. It was a VERY challenging space; small and oddly shaped. Jeff, the designer performed a miracle! (I called the Vatican. They're investigating.) Then we had Absolute Construction do the install through Home Depot. Chuck hung the cabinets and did the crown molding. The ceiling has a very difficult line. I have had contractors complain about every little challenge. But not only did Chuck do a terrific job, he did it with such a positive attitude. He was a pleasure to be around.

We were quoted a price for a display vanity and sink that was chipped, dented and peeling. The girl talked to her manager and told us it was for both the vanity and sink. She left a note stating that we were to get the sink and vanity at that price so that we could make arrangements to get a van to haul it. We came back to purchase only to find out that another manager had slapped a separate price tag on the sink. The manager was unwilling to let us get the vanity at the price we were quoted originally. So we wasted our time coming back and borrowing a vehicle. Very poor customer service. I won’t be coming back to Home Depot anymore and we were very loyal customers.
