Drain Squad A Plumbing & Drain

Normally I would rate higher, but when replacing my toilet flange the toilet I purchased did not fit and I was told to get a 10 vs a 12 due to the wall length for the fit. The flange should have been an offset, rather than returning the toilet and not having what I wanted. I now have a lower toilet when I wanted a high one. Home depot should not have had to inform me, my plumber should have installed the right flange. Not super happy.

This is the second time The Drain Squad has saved me a huge plumbing expense. The truth and customer service are priceless, and these folks are all over both. Can't recommend them enough. Great company, awesome service!!!!

Lisa is the worst at customer service. Looking at their address it looks like they work out of their home and not an office or warehouse. The level of service I received probably should have been expected since this is not a professional company.

I've been using the Drain Squad for the last 5 years to do the back flow testing at my office. They always do a great job at a fair price for the tests and any repairs required. I will continue to use them for a long time to come.

They did their best to accommodate my call, were early which was wonderful thorough and very reasonable. They didn't try to sell me something I didn't need and were great with my tenants, along with educating them.
