I have previously not had any issues with this company. They had always been great. I called on 2/16 at 10 AM because my bathroom drains are all clogged. The receptionist said that they were installing a furnace that day, so she didn't know if they would have time. That's fine, no big deal. I called on 2/19 at like 930 AM to see if anyone could come fix it. I was told "Well I haven't talked to anyone, but I know they have to install a water heater so it might not be today". I replied with, "well can you tell me a time or a day that someone might be able to assist me?" the lady said, "no im really not sure." By this time, i was pretty irritated. They have had my service ticket for nearly 24 hours and made no effort to prioritize a simple drain unclogging. Okay, fine, whatever. Finally, at around 1130 that day, I get a call saying that someone will be out " sometime this afternoon". Finally. So I rearranged some things in my schedule. 530 PM rolled around and no one showed up or even called. I can't tell you how angry I was. Worst customer service ever. I will never do business with these people again. i just want drains that drain. Is that so hard.
