Precision Plumbing Sewer Drain Cleaning

A couple of weeks after the sump pump problem referenced below, we experienced leaking near our water heater. Naturally, I called Precision Plumbing. They sent Billy Lambert. He was terrific! He evaluated the situation, and determined the problem was a failed temperature and pressure relief valve. He explained the problem, offered the solution (plus options), and explained everything at my level of understanding. He was knowledgeable, professional, and truly personable. He definitely upheld the positive reputation of Precision Plumbing. We had sump pump issues. Our service tech, Brian King, analyzed the problem, and provided both short-term solutions, and longer-term solutions. He was very personable and professional, as well as extremely knowledgeable. I'll continue to use Precision Plumbing when needed.

Rick Hertz came (on time) and did a video of my sewer line from the house to the street. I did not have an emergency service request - but just needed comfort that my sewer line was good (no cracks, disconnections, roots, etc). Everything is fine and I now have a video of the inside of the sewer from the street to the house. Rick did a fantastic job, was pleasant and I would recommend Precision (and Rick) to anyone looking for this service. During the conversation, he noticed his company did the installation of our hot water heater in 2002 from the sticker on the side of the water heater.

Precision Plumbing is a great privately owned neighborhood business but they work all over Chicago area. Today they arrived on time. Explained all the possible solutions and pricing. Checked Illinois code in detail. Discussed the best solution. Plumber Billy was excellent. We highly recommend him. We are thinking of calling them for our another house in Aurora area. Billy says they go every where without charging miles for distance.

Justin is great. He came and got down to work. He showed me what was happening in my sewer line. He clean up his work area. All the time he was polite and kind. I am a handicapped person. He talked to me man to man. Justin is a wonderful person. He is a credit to your company!!!

I've used many plumbers and by far, Justin was my favorite! Easy to work with and made good recommendations and suggestions. He has a lot of integrity and in my opinion, trustworthy. It should also be noted, that I don't know Justin and have never met him prior to today. Thank you.
