Cranford Plumbing

Unfortunately we had to use this company due to our home warranty company. If I would of know the trouble I would go through by using them I would of just paid out of pocket to use a different plumber. They came out multiple times for the same issue and every time it was another $1000+ issue. I’ve heard everything from it’s tree roots, it’s the main line, to whoever installed the plumbing did it completely wrong and they were going to have to jack hammer up the floor and redo the entire plumbing in the basement. They dug up our front yard with a bull dozer to “fix” the main line, which turns out wasn’t even the issue, left my front yard a huge dirt mess and when my husband said something about me being surprised by the mess they left the owner/manager(I’m assuming) confronted me AFTER my husband had left and and said “so i heard you have a problem with you yard”. Very unprofessional. We are still dealing with the same issue over a year later. Our upstairs toilet was leaking to the basement and when they came out a different, very polite younger gentlemen, came and said it was the wax seal and fixed it. About 8 months later the toilet starts leaking again in the same way. My husband calls them and asks them about it and the same owner/manager basically states we are going to have to pay them again to fix the wax seal and he will call him back, it’s been about 3 months and we have yet to hear back from him.

Just wanted to thank Michael for his outstanding, professional, knowable, patient, friendly, understanding service. Will use Cranford again because of him and the great service I received from the office staff. Thanks Again

Cranford plumbing is amazing!!! I had a gas leak at my house. Cranford plumbing responded so quickly and was so helpful. Craig went above and beyond to make sure the house the was safe and the leak was stopped. He was so friendly and knowledgeable, and the services are very reasonably priced. I would definitely use them again!!!

We had water heater sediment issue and sediment was blocking faucets and called Cranford Plumbing for help, since we had insurance, the guy walks in and first thing he is worried about is collecting deductible before checking anything...it was wierd and without checking anything started to blame our almost new Kinetico water softener filters and tried to sell us "their" water softener. we got our water softener checked by Kinetico rep who ruled out their filters. we called Cranford again, this time he tried selling us new water heater...what baffled us is he did not care about the issue we were having, they were just trying to sell their products very bad experience, will never call them again

I have used Cranford Plumbing on three separate unrelated plumbing instances through our Home Warranty Company. They have been extremely responsive, professional, and quick to fix the issues. Mike has been great to work with and has also given advice on a few unrelated plumbing projects that I had. I would highly recommend these guys for any plumbing needs!!!
