We bought our air conditioning unit from Total Plumbing & Heating. Recently, we felt the air was coming out cool not cold. We called Total Plumbing & Heating, they were at our home in less than an hour and did an absolutely great job. We are so glad we decided to purchase our system from them.

Very happy with Jason's work. I called and they were onsite within an hour to fix a broken drainage pipe. Good communications and very reasonable bill.

Feel as though $110.00 service call on top of a $28 diagnostic charge is a bit extreme to clean a simple flame igniter. Only reason why I chose Total Plumbing and Heating LTD was because they are the ones who put in my furnace and air conditioner and figured that if a part was needed, they would cover under warranty but soon learned that its cheaper to call on another HVAC company and pay for the part if needed because other service calls are cheaper with NO diagnostic charge to learn that it was just a simple flame igniter that the Technician figured out on his own. A simple emery cloth wipe down and it was good to go but cost me $138 for a 15-30 minute visit.

Great customer service from the phone to the house. Quote was given for a new hot water heater and install on the phone, which did not break the bank. Valerie, Jeremy were great.

I had asked for a free quote to see if a water line could be fed to my Humidifier in the System. At Home Depot through there program. The called the next morning and quoted me by 4 pm that day. The next morning they came and did an excellent job. I will see them again, without a doubt. Thank you, Joe and Rusty
