Honest and fair, but did I say HONEST? Story time. I called Valentine plumbing to install a new gas line in my house for a dryer. I decided to go with a company that was insured versus using my local handy man that wasn't. I would like to point out that Valentine Plumbing quoted me the EXACT SAME price as the local handy man quoted me. OUTSTANDING! Service was NEXT DAY and the technician arrived when he said he was going to. This is all great, but its not even the best part. While the technician was working in the basement, he found $20 under the old dryer we had in the basement when he moved it to get to the wall. The technician ran upstairs and gave me the money saying that its in my house and its my money, even though we just moved in. The technician could have easily pocketed the money, but he didn't, he was very honest and got his work done very quickly. Quality of work was also very good. Bottom line, I would recommend Valentine Plumbing to anyone needing work done.

Cheap and affordable. Had a leaking sink line and a clogged sink line. Plumber came out and I showed the issues to him. Once he looked at everything he snaked the line to try and get it clear. 40ft later and two attempts he was able to get the line clear. During which he explained in detail what he was doing. After he cleared the line he explained why the line may have been leaking water and informed me to keep an eye on it for a couple days as he believed it was leaking due to the pressure from the blocked line. He could have torn apart my kitchen and fix the possible non important leak and charged me a small fortune to do so but didn't. So far the leaking stopped. They charge per the job and a service charge NOT by the hour so the price of the job was reasonable. Will definitely call them again.

Had an emergency plumbing issue - busted water pipe connector. Called the Valentine and someone answered the phone saying he's busy. He said he'll call back in 15 minutes. He never called back. All he had to do was call and make appointment or advise on what to do. This is beyond unprofessional. I'll never call this company. I recommend you never do either. We, as customers, do not deserve this kind of bad service. There are plenty of other REAL PROFESSIONALS. Only giving one star because there isn't option of 0 star.

Great plumbers and people. Friendly and accommodating. Very professional in explaining everything they did. Felt very confident in letting them into my home. I would definitely recommend them.
