So I just called them to ask them to give us an estimate on a total pipe replacement in our basement & they totally didn't seem interested in even coming out to look at the job! Just wanted to tell me how much they charge per hour and an over the phone estimate. The man on the phone seemed totally disinterested so I just said ok & hung up the phone.
