I just want everyone to know that I have received some ridiculously good service from this company. Seriously. I am of German descent and my standards are disgustingly high for most companies. These guys went more than above and beyond to make sure than my family and I get the best service. The furnace and ac they put in work absolutely flawlessly and they made sure their bid was the best financially and in every other way. There was a very minor issue with the install and the owner himself came to evaluate the work his employees have done and everything was fixed immediately. I have never had such a great interaction with a company and its employees. Everyone was extraordinarily polite and thoughtful. Very happy! I am recommending them to everyone!!! Every other company should take notes from these guys when it comes to customer service. HUGE KUDOS!!!

We had a misunderstanding on the scope of work. I’m not sure if it was mine or theirs but probably a little of both. According to them, they quoted me a rough in price for the installation of a vanity. I did not hear this and understood it to be the full price of installation which is what I asked for. To come back and place and hook up the vanity after we did the finishing work would be double the original quoted price. The work they did looked great but I am still going to have to hire someone to finish the job. Not likely going to ask them back due to this so I will be looking for another plumbing company. Lesson to pass on, when they give you a quote make sure and ask if it is for the finished project or just half the project.

We love this company and quite frankly would do business with no other. We have had small work done by them in the past as well as the purchase of a new furnace. They are top notch! Thank you, Kettmans we appreciate the way you run your business!

Kettman’s is the best! First off a local family company that really cares about their customers is hard to come by these days! I had the pleasure of working with Samantha, Tim, Connor, and Kory who were all extremely professional & knowledgeable! Thank you for fixing my homes problem! I highly recommend Kettman’s and will continue to use them for any future needs!

Shady company. Ignorant and rude owners. would rather pays tons more money to go somewhere else than give them a dime. the owner is a liar and a very deceitful person.
