The plumber was to our house last Tuesday to maintain our reverse osmosis system. Said he needed parts and would call back with a cost estimate or to replace the unit and have not heard. Got the impression that he had bigger better deals to fry.

I had Lou out to install a faulty part on my faucet and reseal my sink. He did a super awesome job, was very kind and reasonable. He let me know what my charges were going to be up front. This is my official new plumber.

I called at 10:00 am this morning and Lou was at my house by 11:30 am which was critical since my kitchen had a leak. I asked him if could also do some additional work and he had it all done very quickly. I thought the price was fair for the great service I received. I know very little about plumbing so I always wonder if I am being sold a bunch of stuff I don't need and I didn't get that impression with City Wide Plumbing.
