Wow talk about bait and switch. They said the visit was 49.99 and if they had to open the wall to fix a leaky pipe, it would be 149.99. When he arrived he said it was 249.99. Without repairing anything, the contractor is saying it’s an additional 399.00 to just open the wall (a 24in squared hole in the wall that took 15 minutes). After opening it and it not being exactly where he wants it to be, he said it was an additional 249.00 to open a second hole that’s 12in by 8in. He opens the wall, finds the leak, and said it’s an additional 799.00 on top to weld the pipe. He’s been here for two hours and lectured on a healthy marriage for 90 minutes and worked for 30 - for the tune of 1,900. Avoid this crew at all costs. What a scam.

I have never had a problem with these guys. They can be pricey for certain services; every person I have worked with has been honest with me regarding any repairs or issues with items in the house. The added plus is learning about specifics for how my HVAC unit works (admittedly I don’t know a ton about the subject but can self diagnosis when needed). Fully recommend them.

I’ve used Four Seasons for annual furnace maintenance and found them to be reliable and reasonably priced so when I had a plumbing problem I called them. I had a leak in my shower and it needed a new cartridge. The repairman was prompt and successfully completed the repair in well under an hour. Then came the shock. The bill was $440 and that was with their discount coupon! Since I know the part cost about $40, apparently their hourly rate is $400. Maybe this is their minimum price for any service call but they should let the customer know that up front. I will never use this company for anything again.

My technician was well mannered and knowledgeable. He gave me information about my system that I didn’t know. I will definitely use them again.

They have done a great job they installed my AC/Furace and a hot water tank. I have them out every year for a tune up. I would recommend.
