I was skeptical about a good service after going through the reviews about Patrick Murphy Plumbing However I received a great service today from this company. I requested for a service on Saturday (Memorial Day weekend). Though it was a holiday , I received the text from Peter to schedule the appointment. He came to my home in Arlington Heights on time , inspected the problem , went to get the right part , came back within 15 minutes and fixed the garbage disposal unit. I don’t have to wait for ordering the part then wait for another day appointment for fixing the issue. Highly satisfied with Peter’s service and strongly recommend to friends and family.

There are not enough negative attributes I can include in this review. But here are a few, unprofessional, non responsive and lacked the ability to conduct a simple and professional diagnosis.

I am doing this review only as an obligation to my hard working fellow Americans. We became one of the victims of this rip-off joint only because they were dispatced to our place by the association management. To make the story short their plumbers will perform all the possible unnecessary work just to build up a good fat bill. They were told the toilet will flush with bucket full of water and they still performed sewer inspection then replaced a water tank flapper when only the jet on rhe toilet was clogged. So a repair that would cost $50 became a $550 for 45 min of imaginary troubleshooting

Been told that they will come to fix my water on Friday between 8AM-noon...Nobody ever came also never got a call from them..Tried to call them they just not answering
