The professional who came to do the work was nice, but told me wrong information. I had a code violation and I told him how the inspector said to repair it. He claimed that it was impossible and illegal to do it that way but the next day a different company came and fixed it for 500 dollars (exactly how the inspector said to fix it). Tiger's employee quoted me 1850. My guess is that they don't want to take on smaller jobs. Just ones they can make the most money from. Glad I shopped around first. Always get multiple quotes. I'd have to be rich to afford them.

Should have gone with Tiger years ago. Highly professional and knowledgeable technicians. No excuses or hidden fees which makes my decision easy. Answered all my questions and only continues to build confidence in Tiger as a company.

I don't even know where to start this has been such a mess. I called Tiger to address a back up issue. Before they even addressed the issue they were offering me different remediation options that ranged between $1,600 and $6,000. This is before we knew the real problem.. I signed off on $1,600 option. They dug a hole in my basement floor to find out that wasn't even the problem.. But then told me it would be another $2,500 to fix the real problem. After debating the issue they agreed to fix the real problem for $1,600 (took them about 5hrs to perform the work) Then about a year later the system started backing up again.. They came back out and of course they were more interested in how many more thousands of dollars they could charge me VS just doing the right thing, standing behind their work and fixing their screw up. Ultimately they made excuses and blamed the break in the line they fixed on rain water. In reality the pipe they fixed actually came loose and was eroding mud into my sewer pipe. No question according to other professionals it was their issue. Finally I talked to the Operations manager and instead of doing what right and fixing the problem he wanted to charge me another $1,000 to fix their broken pipe.. They are crooks and without question their primary motive and business model is to rip off the consumer, make money and not stand behind their work.. They could fix this problem for a few hundred dollars but instead wanted to rip me off!!! It's sad and pitiful. BEWARE!!

My experience is similar to a lot of the other negative reviews on here and on Yelp. I way overpaid for services and they send sales people to your house to get you to buy more. I gave them an extra star cause I thought I had an issue with the water heater they installed but they sent electricians out and found I had an issues with one of my electrical switches. They fixed it at no charge.
