Had injector pump replaced a few months ago. Very happy with the work and time to work on the job. I called them in the morning and pump replacement was complete before lunch. They also did a good job of cleaning up project area.

They were able to come out the same day for service. The plumber was very friendly and thorough. The person that called for billing from the office has no social skills - very rude!

Convenience. Comfort. Even a luxury. One of life's necessities that we don't think about. Our plumbing is built in to our lives in this day and age. Integral. Without it no hot water. No relief from flood waters. Storm drainage. I can't imagine no running water. No choice of hot and cold water in my home. The comfort of not making a trip outside to the little shack with the crescent moon on the door. Finding someone who will be honest and up front about costs, estimates, repairs, replacements is also a necessity. My ???? uses Midcity for that reason. Honest fair prices. Reliable workmanship. They take care of it all. Repair it all. Nothing hidden. None of that charge from when we leave boloney. I dealt with Joe M. A gentleman. Professional. Very neat. Cleaned up when done. Organized, thoughtful. Gave thorough explanations of options. Explained differences. I needed faucet replaced, fixed a leak, explained what needed to be done for shower replacement. Not cheap. Reasonable prices. No denigration of what fixtures you have in favor of that which is trendy and overpriced. They are about preservation, restoration, improvement of function, performance. Your choice of aesthetics, quality. Courteous, respectful, helpful office staff. Professional plumbers, certified. A family business. Old school great customer service. No problems afterward. I have been very satisfied with Midcity Plumbing. Highly Recommended.

Mario is great and he was able to come out quick to replace our water heater. Prices are fair.
