Very helpful and great customer service. Virgil was able to help me the same day I had a plumbing emergency. I would definitely recommend Virgil's Plumbing Company.

Very prompt response and took the time to answer all of my questions and provide a variety of options. Cost felt fair, I plan to use again next time I have issues.

Professionally able to set up appointment times, but unprofessionally did not show up to the first appointment or the rescheduled appointment with no correspondence. First appointment was scheduled by Virgil's Plumbing Company based on availability with a week wait. When the day arrived, no one showed up and there was no phone call. As the customer, I reached out and was told they're busy with another job and would not be able to make it that day. Contact was initiated by the customer, not the business. Virgil rescheduled for 2 days later and unfortunately, the same situation occurred, again with communication initiated by the customer. When asked if the company was planning on reaching out, Virgil's Plumbing Company said they've been very busy with a job. They did no offer to reschedule. It is unacceptable for customers to take multiple days off of work in the same week, change scheduled plans, and sit and wait at home for a scheduled appointment by a company to no show without contact.

We had a leak on a water heater that was installed a few months ago. The plumber who installed it was sick and unable to look at it that day. I called Virgil and he made time to meet me within the hour! He was professional and knowledgeable. He spotted many large errors in the previous plumber’s work, took the time to explain the issues, and gave a quote to fix the issues. However, he didn’t feel we should have to pay to have the problems fixed since we were in such a crummy spot and the errors were made due to laziness if the previous plumber. He suggested we point out all of the issues to the previous plumber to see if we could have them fixed for free. It’s not often you find ethical people who aren’t trying to swindle you get money out of you! I would HIGHLY recommend calling Virgil if you have a problem. I know he will be the first number on my list next time we need something. Great guy!

Virgil's Plumbing replaced our toilet's flush system but water immediately leaked from the tank into the bowl, causing the tank to constantly refill. When notified of the issue and requesting the problem be addressed, his response was poor. After 3 weeks, he returned, extremely unhappy and rude. He replaced the flapper and left. It still leaks and he is no longer responding. The quality, professionalism and responsiveness is by far the worst we have experienced with any plumber.
