Dawson helped us reconfigure our living space to best suit our needs in our new house. We eliminated our formal dining room and in its place now have a beautiful larger family room, and a fantastic mudroom with laundry space and dog wash! We were very happy with the work Dawson did from start to finish. Their workers were great, trustworthy and respectful. Our new space is AH-MAZING! We would definitely use Dawson again for another project in the future.

We have used Dawson Builders and Design Services for three major renovation projects in our house in the last year. They did three bathrooms a kitchen and laundry. The took the entire project from design to completion. They did it all plumbing, electrical and cabinetry. They worked with us every step of the way. The Dakota cabinetry that they used in their design looks great, Their design team was full of suggestions and ideas how best to utilize the space to our advantage. They use all the top plumbing names and helped with the choices of tile, plumbing fixtures and lighting The individuals that do the actual construction are all true craftsmen in their respective field. They made it a point to clean up the work area every night before they left. We were very comfortable having them in our house even when we were out of town. They delivered what they promised on time and well within the budget that we had set. They stayed very true to their estimate. We have recommended them to many of our friends and without reservation give them the highest recommendation that we can. If you haven't been able to tell by now we were very happy with their work!!!!
