we had the experience unlike no other we never called swift to do any work for us a outside vendor called them to our location to repair there water lines ,which was ronoco coffee and they didnt pay swift on time so swift decided to file a property lean on our property which had nothing to do with the bill .they had in correct names of said persons responsible i called and spoke to the lady in billing and she herself got on a 3 way call with me and swift and the issue was discussed between all of us they had identifed they had paid them and a week later we recieve a lean on property . the company is terrible when it comes to customer service the worse part of this is we never even ordered service from them . they should have adressed there issue with ronnoco coffee but instead of doing there issue with the right person they direct it at the buisness that had nothing to do with there call .

I have been trying to get our bathroom leak fixed for multiple months now through my warranty. The first company we were given just wanted to make as much money off of this work as possible. The second company never came out and stopped returning my calls to set up an appointment. Swift was the third company we tried. They got us in quickly and the plumber thoroughly checked the issue and said it was a simple repair which he fixed right away. Great service and great understanding about plumbing. Highly recommend!
