Dennis is awesome! Very polite, punctual, and knowledgeable. He even played catch with my son while waiting for me to make a phone call. :) He didn't give us some insane quote to fix our sewer line without any diagnostic work like another company did. Turns out, our sewer line doesn't even run where the problem in the yard is.

It sure is nice that you can always count on prompt Professional Service when you need it! I run an apartment complex and Dennis always answers his phone and is usually on the job site within 24 hours.

Had a bathroom sink drain that was completely stopped. Alpha was able to make it out within an hour of my calling. The cleared the line, and before they left they fixed our toilet's water flow problem for free! It was really nice of them, as we insisted they didn't need to look at it. The guys were super pleasant and got the job done quick. 10/10 experience. Definitely calling them any time we have an issue.

First time calling Alpha for sewer problems. Highly recommended on face book by Ogles neighborhood. They were on time, polite and solved the problem quick with a reasonable price. Glad I called and I highly recommend.
