Called at 1:30 pm to have a pipe replaced on my hot water heater. Dustin was able to get here by 3 and was done by 3:30. Very reasonable price and he was very professional. I will be calling Premier Plumbing next time I need something done.
Excellent work from these guys. They were able to rod a main sewer line that 2 other companies could not get open. Premier got through it, complete cleaned it out. Very happy with them.
I called this company to restart a water heater, that was in the recent flooding in Freeport, 21 July 2017, they came out the very next day and fixed the issue, which I thought was awesome, I finally found a plumber that does what they claim. so the following week I called them to get an estimate on redoing the entire plumbing system, since We purchased this property in Oct. 2016, and its on a Well and Septic system, that unfortunately the sellers decided not to be truthful about everything. the first appt, the estimator didnt show up, so I contacted the office and was informed that his wife had given birth that week and the office forgot to contact me, which I undrestand! the following week (first week of August) he came out and we discussed what needed to be done and projects that would be need to be done to correct the issues with the plumbing. I waited 3 weeks for the estimate and after it didnt show up in the mail, I called the office and was told by the same person, that she would have to see if he was done with the estimate, having recieved no response back, finally on Sep. 28, I received a letter (bill) for the original water heater work. (35.00). which I thought why would it take 2 months to receive an invoice? to this date 2 Oct. 2017 we have not received the estimate, or any contact at all from this company, so im assuming that they are not interested in this project. It would be nice to at least inform a client when they are not interested.
