During the late April/early May flooding, I lost my sump pumps and my water heater. Restoration plumbing quickly responded to my call and fit me into a very busy schedule to make sure that it wouldn't happen again with more rain coming. This was my first time using Restoration Plumbing and I will never use anyone else. Brandon is a man of integrity and he worked very hard. Our main sewer line back up and Brandon came to rod it out, it ended up being a much bigger job than I think we both realized. What normally takes 15 mins took over 3 hours because there were so many roots in our lines. Brandon stayed and got whatever he could out of it and instead of quitting and telling me I needed to just replace everything out front. He said just have it rod out every year and keep up with it and it should be fine. But the best part was he quoted me $369 before work started and three hours later he kept to the same price. Would give him 6 stars if I could’
