These guys are the BEST and the only plumbers I will use. They are friendly, work smart, and super honest. They just replaced my sump pump and they had the old out and new installed in about 30 minutes! They also helped and offered advice about other plumbing questions I had. All of this was completed without a hint of dirt and with complete respect for my home. Love this crew !

The Plumb It team repaired a Toilet and it still had a handle sticking but they came back out right a way to replace it all again at no extra cost. Very detailed work had the job finished quickly and at fair price. GREAT JOB Scott and Team. Steve G

I have only positives to say for these folks! My water heater went out on Thanksgiving. I called them the next day to see about having a new one installed. They arrived less than 20 minutes later and were done an hour after that. They were quick, polite efficient and clean. If it wasn't for the evidence of the newly installed water heater I never would have known they were here. What a great company! Thanks guys...

We have had James and Scott at our home several times. I have always been very happy with the jobs they have done for me! They are true Professionals! There work is always done with care and they pay special consideration for your home. Their work is clean and neat and completed in an appropriate time. I hired Plumb-It to replace my shower and they did a great job with the shower. However, the company that they recommended (Double A Carpentry of Oswego) for the drywall work was awful. The owner of Double A Carpentry, Alex Abdo, ignored my calls for months to repair his awful drywall work. I finally contacted the owner of Plumb-It, Scott, to report the issue with Alex and that is the only reason Alex finally contacted me and it was via text message. Alex finally came out to repair the drywall, but the repair was inadequate and I reported that to him. Alex then refused to address the issue and stated that I needed different paint to conceal the bad patches. I have filed a complaint with the IL Attorney General. I am sure Alex believes he has gotten one over on me, but he is sadly mistaken. The reason I mentioned this recommendation in my review is because I noticed a 5 star rating here from Alex Abdo ten months ago, which means he is probably still receiving referrals. If Double A Carpentry is referred to you for any work, you should decline the recommendation. Save yourself the headache of dealing with Alex Abdo because he is a fraud.
