Henson Robinson quoted us on a new AC/ Heat Pump. They had MUCH lower costs overall then their competitor. They were FAST and very professional throughout the entire process. They have my business for life! I would recommend them to others. Thanks!

We had a residential plumbing emergency, and they had someone out to fix it within the hour. He fixed it later that day. Not sure how big their residential service reaches, but we were pleased with the service.

I have a heat pump they installed for someone else and I don't know anything about a heat pump system. I had them to do a spring maintenance and the system just continually ran and ran. They were very prompt to come out but I wasn't happy with the response which was to turn off the schedule on the expensive thermostat and turn off the cooling humidity feature to keep the system from running non stop. So the expensive system isn't running to full efficiency now and I was also told I didn't have everything completed that I was told to do which was a cleaning of the coil and fan motor for over 500. I felt that wasn't what the problem was or at least I didn't get any information that led me to understand that. I felt since I wasn't willing to spend 500 that I now wasnt going to be taken care of. It really seems sad to me that their customer service and education on the system isn't very good if your not the original owner after they were the original installers. Money talks with this company not customer satisfaction..

Couple years ago I have them come out and put in a new earnest and everything water heater it took 4 months it took 33 to 4 months for them to get our water heater in properly in specially my house they had screwed up my house and Petersburg Illinois I do not recommend them as a heating and plumbing business ever

Kudos to Jared Williamson for a great job in analyzing the issue with my A-C not functioning as we enter the summer cooling season. Jared was very methodical in determining where the problem was and was more than eager to explain things to me as he worked through his analysis. He was also very customer friendly and is a real asset to the team at Henson Robinson Company.
