I have nothing but good things to say about the service I received from roto rooter. Called and the tech was there in under 2 hours. Immediately took care of my problem . Very professional and price was at my expectation Oh, and the tech even gave me a coupon to use . I totally recommend and will use them again.

I called them to come fix my hot water heater. They walked in a knew what was wrong right away. They stayed and made sure I had hot water before leaving.. they were very nice and professional! I would recommend them to anyone!!

Joe and Nick were awesome. I run a restaurant and customer service is my thing. These guys were awesome. They explained everything they were doing, how they would do it. They were friendly and respectful. I could not have asked for better service!

I contacted Roto-Rooter because I was having issues with water backing up into my basement anytime I used my shower, dish washer, washer, etc. Their quoted arrival time was between 5-7pm, and I had a (missed) call from my technician at 5:08 pm, telling me they were on their way. Nick Bosie and his tech, Zach, were at my house when I arrived home from work. They were able to get into my main line and diagnose the issue I was having very early on -- A SERIOUS amount of tree roots had compromised my line. They worked on my line for over 3 hours, pulling roots out, jetting it with water, diagnosing where the issue was with a camera -- I was impressed. Another tech, Tad, ended up stopping by to help because he was in the area. He was able to get in there and give Zach a break and continued pulling roots out. I am SO VERY THANKFUL for the hard work these three gentlemen did for me. They will never know how truly impressed and thankful I am for their work on my behalf. I have lived in my home for over 7 years and have never thought to clean my line for roots, so this was a very valuable lesson learned. Not only did they do a phenomenal job in diagnosing the issue and exhausting all potential avenues to remedy the situation, but they also took care of me for a GREAT price. I cannot thank the three of them enough and will ALWAYS use them for any upcoming maintenance my property needs. (See attached photo -- this is a small portion of the root extraction).
