Someone referred me to them. They did a half job and my toilet was still running water and flooding after they worked on it. They suggested a new toilet and boom that was it. They did not treat me as a valued customer and was very sharpe, cold and unconcerned. I paid for nothing. I will never refer them to anyone.????

Requested service for clogged kitchen drain per the $50/- coupon. Three technician showed up with no booties or gloves. The front end of the rodding machine was broken with no fitting to clear the clog. Rodded the drain for about 10 mins and made statements backing up and started looking for discharge from sump pumps (one was disconnected other was discharging to village storm line). Made statements, we will have to dig the front yard, hydrojet the drain, remove the sewer line cap and water is going to be all over in the basement. Told them not to proceed with the service. Paid $50/- and they gave me estimate of $275 to unclog the drain. Called plumber from another company. This technician puts on booties and gloves before entering the house. The rodding front end of cable had fitting to clear the clog. This technician rodded the entire drain and cleared the clog in 1/2 hour. Talked to Tom of All Clear Sewer & Drain who told me I did not let his technicians clean the overhead section of the drain (Overhead section in the drain?). I sent him the receipt from the other plumber per his request and never heard from him since then, even after my repeated messages. I wish I had read their reviews before requesting service. The $50/- coupon is just for entering the house and start looking for additional unnecessary work at additional cost. Very unprofessional and dishonest. I will not recommend service from these people to any one.

Spent 15 min rodding. Told me it would be additional $55 for the camera from a different cleanout located closer to the street. Shortly after told me $3500 to fix unknown issue. Write prop for $2500. Told me it would take 5 hours. So roughly $500 per hour. How? Guys where nice and decent and knowledgeable. Pricing was insane. Received quote for $1200 from others 30 min later but they where teeeiblg rude. Shame
