Wasted my time. Lost money by missing work for appointment. Did not bother calling. Have no respect for customers time. Cancelled service called another plumbing company.

They came out and gave me estimates but they didn't respond to me for 3 weeks while I went without hot water. I sent them emails and used their website to no avail. I just wanted to give these people my money and get a new water heater, but they didn't seem to care. The guy that gave me the estimate was extremely nice though when he was onsite.
