Trojan Plumbing Co. of Chicago

I had to leave town the next day to visit my new grandchild. I destroyed the screw on my shower handle. I called Trojan and they gave me same day service. Great receptionist.Great service. BIG thanks to Jason for his quick knowledgeable work. Very cordial plumber. I liked to see he brought an apprentice, just not enough plumbers out there. Back home and all is well.

Dealing with Trojan Plumbing was top notch from start to finish. When my water heater died I did a search of the top plumbers in my area and sent requests for quotes to the top 3. Trojan was the first to respond and has the most straight forward communications. When I called to schedule the person was pleasant and worked to find a time that would fit my schedule. The communications the day of the service were perfect and the technicians were professional kind and thoughtful in their dealings with my situation. Very nice gentleman that I was very comfortable being in my home. The cost and time estimates provided were spot on too! Next time I need plumbing services I’ll be calling Trojan!

Trojan has always been an amazing company. Reasonably priced and gets the job done. Everyone is down to Earth. I am grateful for the services they provide

Jason and Shane(I think) were extremely helpful and personable. Jason explained exactly what he was doing and showed me the issues I had. They were able to install a new drain, realign the vent, and redo the sink plumbing all in about two hours. I felt comfortable with them and would definitely call them in the future. Trojan Fire and Flood (their other company branch) is another story.

Contacted Trojan through Yelp, and got immediate feedback from pictures sent. They asked me to call them to setup an appointment and they were able to send Mike over almost immediately after the phone call. An hour and a half later, the job was done. Mike and his partner were super friendly and courteous. Services were to replace piping under sink and clean out kitchen drain line. Highly recommend!
