I called Mars about my clogged sewer line. They sent a tech out named darren. He did an excellent job and was very professional. He ran around 150feet of snake to pull a wad of roots, a wash cloth, and a rubber glove out. It was a reasonable price and the work was done in a timely manner. 10/10 will call them again and ask for him.

I started seeing water under my flooring and traced it back to the Air Conditioner. Since we have a home warranty, my wife called them the next day while I was at work. The warranty place told her they couldn't find a contractor to come out for at least 2 weeks, but if we could find one, they would pay for them to come out. I called Mars Plumbing and Heating and the lady that answered said she was sure they could get out but she would call me back shortly after confirming with her tech. Five minutes later she called and had a tech coming out within the hour. My wife said the tech was professional, polite and informative. He worked with the warranty company getting to the bottom of the problem. He got the unit working and gave us pricing options for a replacement as well. Unfortunately the warranty company balked on replacing our unit. The tech recommend a better warranty company that he had worked with that would have helped us. The Tech new his stuff and I would recommend Mars Plumbing to anyone.
