If I could give them 0, I would, the gentleman I spoke with over the phone was not at all professional, it is pretty bad to have a raving lunatic representing your company, I asked a simple question in a nice way, to only be greeted by a gentleman who kept raising his voice for no reason. This is a sure way to lose business, in fact I will never recommend this company to anyone.
