We were in an emergency situation. Our toilets wouldn't flush and drains were gurgling and backing up. The day I called, these kind men came out on one of the coldest days of winter and pumped our septic and also augered out the line. They were here only about 30 minutes and it was all done. Thanks guys, you're now my preferred vendor.
I paid them $175 to pump out my kennel septic. They were out on 2-3-16 I called on 2-29-16 telling them it was already full and I need them to come back out and pump it. The owner was out there and they did not bring extra hoses. He told me it needed pumped every 6months only lived there 5months. Then changed to 3months. I told him I needed to come out and finish the job he was paid for. I am renting the house and my friend only had it pumped once a year. They did not do the job they were paid nor would they come back and re-do it. I gave them a chance to fix it. He would not
