Drip Drop installed a new kitchen faucet a year ago. The service and price could not be better. The faucet began to run very slow so I called Drip Drop. After a $180.00 "diagnostic", I was advised I needed a new faucet for $560.00. I showed them the door and proceeded to clean the wand screen, which I would have done in the first place but a recent surgery limited my ability. The faucet runs as good as new. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. I have since heard from DD and they offered to refund my charges with an apology, so I have upgraded to three stars. I understand that the original man I had a year ago, who did excellent work, is no longer with the company. I was promised if I ever call on DD Plumbing again I will be assigned a different technician.
As a first time “I-definitely-need-a-profession-for-this-problem” customer, Drip Drop came HIGHLY recommended. They were easy to schedule, professionally confirmed the appointment, and courteously phoned while enroute. The licensed technician was thorough and clean. My problem was solved in one visit. Email coordination of things made scheduling a lot easier yesterday. We just moved into a house so making many appointments on the fly made the frenzy somewhat less hectic. Mark was very thorough, clear and personable. He is by far the best plumber I've interacted with and I'll make sure to keep DripDrop at the top of my list for plumbing related needs in the future
My mother in law had a busted water line. I called Drip Drop at 8am and the fix was completed by 10:45am. They were fast and reasonably priced. I will remember them for the future.
