Great service from the ladies at the office to the service guy. Service guy was very friendly and knowledgeable. Diagnosed the problem and found a way to get the motor the same day. Had the part replaced in under a half hour. Very fair prices. Charged me the same for the part as I could have ordered it for. I will definitely us basio again and recommend them.
Account says open 24 hours but when they can't or don't want to reach their technician, well, that's just too bad. Sorry you have raw sewage backed up in your sink. Never call again.
