I will NEVER use this company again. I received an invoice 10 months after the work was completed (that my tenants were responsible for). I asked Peggy how they would like to help me for this, since my lease with the past tenants who no longer live at that address would have been responsible for this bill. Peggy preceded to tell me that she would be so happy to waive any late fees but would not reduce the bill. She was blatantly rude and tried to tell me her neighbor down the street had the same work done and it cost them twice as much. If she knows her neighbor so well why didn't her neighbor use the company she works for? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
Will never use this service, my wife was yielding to oncoming traffic on the I 90 on ramp. One of their service trucks honked when we could not go. He then proceeded to flip off my entire family as he drove by. I'm sure he was having a bad day, you can not conducive yourself this way in a company vehicle.
