Absolutely the best, they were the plumbers for our new build. When we contacted them concerning faucets installed wrong. It was determined that the issue was not theirs to correct. Jerry took it upon himself to contact the granite company and the issue was corrected immediately. Jerry donated his company's time to do the install and the granite company provided the cost of the faucets. TVP&D also installed a water softener which went very well. Jerry went way above and beyond, was greatly appreciated.
I have a plumbing emergency snd they want me to wait 3 days for them to come fix it! Didnt even act concerned about my issue. So no shower or toilet for 3 days! Would recommend going somewhere that cares about their customers needs
Great company! I called with a serious water problem after hours just before Memorial Day weekend and they answered the phone. No voicemail no answering service, an actual person that was knowledgeable and helpful! Joel came right out the next day and fixed the problem. This is the only plumber I will call from now on! Excellent job guys.
