Right Now Heating and Air Conditioning

We are very pleased with our new furnace and air conditioning. The workers had it all installed in one day and were so courteous and kind. It is not easy to have 3 strangers in your house for a whole day but they made it easy. They worked hard and communicated well with me what was happening and how it was going. The new system is easy to use and very efficient. The price is great! We would definitely recommend the pink trucks!

Fast and friendly service. My technician, Dillon, was very knowledgeable. He was able to fix my problem right away with parts he already had in his truck, as well as offer insight into some replacement options for my aging system without being too pushy for a sale. We had a good conversation about some other services that his company could offer to make our house more energy efficient and let me know that I could use the value of my repair towards an upgrade within the next year. I will definitely be recommending Right Now Heating to my friends/family and will use them again in the future. Hopefully for some upgrades soon :)

Was great working with your company and with your tech , i was set up with an appointment first thing in the morning, i was gave a reasonable arrival time frame and also was updated with a text letting me know when to be expecting the tech, . Tech Kyle was great at explaining and showing me things i needed yo know about my water heater and he made suggestions of things relating to my water heater. Kyle did a thorough job of servicing my gas fireplace. He was also helpful with clearing up for me a misunderstanding about future charges for the insulation strip I had originally asked to be replaced. He was cool in the face of my momentary heat of anger. This is someone who knows his job and also understands what it means to provide good customer service and communication.

Kyle with Right Now Heating and Air came out to our house to do a diagnostic on the A/C unit. Kyle was very personable and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions which is in itself a win in my book as my wife always gets on to me due to the fact that I talk too much. He also presented me with some information to look into in regard to some services which they offer based upon some of the aforementioned questions. Overall, based upon Kyle's performance and the helpful nature of the office staff, i would recommend Right Now Heating and Air to anyone should the subject come up.
