Best response time ever. These guys are super. They bent over backwards to get my septic problems taken care of, knowing I had out of town company coming in. They were quick thorough and explained everything that needed to happen (no sugar coating). I will definitely use them again for any of my heating, cooling or plumbing problems.

We’ve been using John’s plumbing for about 14 years in 3 different houses. Great, prompt, efficient service. They’ve been here for us through a few emergencies and have been wonderful about helping us fix and solve problems for good. I trust them to always take care of our plumbing problems (even when we aren’t home). I highly recommend this business.

Crazy friendly service! Know what they are doing and did a great job.

His 5 star reviews are bogus. Just click on a few of the so called happy customers. Did a half arse job on a service repair job, weeks later loose fitting comes apart and floods my crawl space and then blames my old plumbing for the 5ft of tub drain pipe that fell apart after his so called repair.

Did very poor work on new install of regular shower head and rain shower head in new master bath. Rain shower head leaks water while using regular shower head and then the rain head randomly dumps several ounces of water on the shower floor hours after the regular shower head is used (no longer use rain shower head, because it further exacerbates the leaking). I did not hire John's Plumbing, a contractor did. After being given the runaround by the contractor, whom I believe is friends with this company, I was finally able to learn that John's Plumbing did the work. When I contacted them today, they said that since it was outside of the 12-month period, that they were no longer responsible (it's been 14 months).
