Be prepared to pay way more than he quotes as he also charges from the time leaving his place of business to yours and back. Then if they didn't do it right, they have issues "taking responsibility for it" ...as the owner (Brian) likes to state when trying to get him to come back and fix it. Time for the guy to retire in our book. Be sure to review his prelim cost quotes very carefully and go over it explicitly to ensure no surprises.. We've decided to take our business elsewhere and get his original job re-done correctly.
