We set up an appointment to get a quote on our project. They didn’t have any openings for about a week so we scheduled a week out. We sat around waiting during the 3 hour window of time they gave us plus several hours after. We called the office to find out where he was and we were told he was running late. He NEVER showed up. We’ve tried calling to see what happened and haven’t heard back and that’s been several days ago. This is all after we already had a plumber from their company come look at our project and they told us they would get us a quote within 24 hours. They never did. It took over a week to find out they wouldn’t be putting together a quote and would have to come look at it again, and over another week after that to schedule a new appointment for no one to show up. Over all a huge waste of time.

Called several times. It was difficult to get anyone to call me back. When they finally did, I was told they would check into an installation and get call me back. They never called me. I do not have patience for this unprofessional behavior.
The property management company we went through used this company. I liked the technician and he did great work, but when I asked for an itemized list including labor, they gave us a "flat" rate. That's fine if they would actually tell us what the flat rate is, and they did not. Doing the math they are basically charging 800 plus dollars to install a 40 gallon hot water heater (installed at a neighborhood swimming pool). Now, that price is about the going rate in the valley when checking on other companies. I personally had an issue with the price, but if that's the market norm, then it is what it is. The main issue here was communication, or lack thereof. I contacted the technician and later the company multiple times and never got a response. Partly because of this, we have as an HOA board terminated services with our property management company and informed the new one we will not be going through Magic Plumbing. All they had to do was respond to my emails and tell me WHY they are not listing the rate fee on the receipt. To not do so shows cover up and disingenuous behavior. Again, we tried working with them and just were flat out ignored. As a treasurer I have to show people where every penny goes, so a list showing "hot water heater installed, $1,200" that does not itemize anything is suspicious, and I can't answer their questions if the company won't even respond to me. Wish it could have gone better, their tech Damion was a great person to work with. If I'm wrong in my assessment, I just needed it explained as I don't work in the industry. Again, no calls back, no replies to multiple emails sent. That's not how you should treat someone who pays you WELL for the services you provided.
