I am very happy and pleased with the new ownership and new style at Dillon Plumbing. They have really made a lot of positive changes lately. I had several things I needed help with and from the first contact to the completion was all positive. They called 20 minutes before they arrived so I could schedule my day, they were clean, polite, courteous, they explained the work and charges ahead of time. They put tarps down on the floors to protect from dirt and they cleaned up when they left. Would definitely recommend. Thank you

They made sure things were done right unlike who had done the work before & they weeded through all the bs & gave us a straight forward & very fair estimate without adding any unnecessary costs. Dallon especially was a pleasure to work with & very personable & easy to communicate with when it came to dealing with the job at hand. We are very pleased with how it all turned out!

These are your guys! From the minute they arrived, through the entire length of the project I knew I was in good hands. Dillon plumbing came out and within the first few hours had a temporary solution for me while we worked on a permanent one. Every homeowner's dread: out to the garage to drop something off, and... What's that water on the floor? Immediately followed by, where is it coming from? Uh, oh... The hot water heater! I started draining the tank, called Dillon and left a message about 10pm. At 7:45am Tiffany called me, confirmed a few details and by 8:30 a tech was on his way. The tech called after looking at the situation, we concurred on the solution and by 11:30 I was all hooked up and running... hot water. Excellent initial customer service. Excellent response,. Very courteous technician- Ponciano. Follow-up call from Tiffany. And we have out-of-town guests arriving tomorrow. Thanks team Dillon!
