Ray was awesome! I had called multiple other plumbing services and none answered their phones, Ray answered the phone and talked me through getting my water heater back on! We had tried for over an hour to turn it back on by ourselves. He helped me and offered other options in case we couldn’t fix it over the phone. With my husband in the military and gone, this was a blessing. Thank you Ray! He also offered to come out, same day, if we needed. Will definitely use this service in the future.

They sent over Jim, who provided good service. Jim was very courteous and professional. I suspected what the issue might have been, and Jim did not dismiss my comments even though I know little about plumbing. I noted my observation of water in the roof vent pipe and Jim right away pointed out that was not a good situation and then fix it accordingly. The fee was $150 to snake the sink pipe. As with many other plumbers I have dealt with, they will simply perform the service for the fee quoted then leave. Jim made sure that the requested service actually fixed the problem. Good help is hard to find, so I'll be saving this number to my phone.
