Chuck plummed our new home and guest bath faucet handle was broke when Chucks helper broke the washer. He said that he would order the part from Delta and fix it. Saw Chuck in Albertson, said he had the part and would come right over and fix it. That has been 6 weeks ago and have never fixed it. Called Delta and they sent a new part and we fixed it our self. It is to bad we paid $9,000 for them to plum our new home.
This company is the best in town , they called us back after leaving a message we needed our septic tank pumped out ,great service ,and we did not get a run around of we will get back to you ,as we had with others , I highly recomend them ,very professional and good prices ,we had The employee Emmit come to our home great work
Didn't finish the job. Called Chuck from Mountain Valley Plumbing to fix a toilet that doesn't fully flush about half the time and a leaking toilet fill valve. Chuck arrived on time, snaked the toilet and declared the flush problem fixed. I asked him if he could come back in the next few days to fix the leaking valve. He told me to just call when I finished shoveling the snow off the water main box out in front of my house. I did the shoveling and called Chuck one week ago (Feb. 2, 2107). He said he was busy but would call me back as soon as he could. Still no call from Mountain Valley Plumbing one week later. Today I bought the parts and changed out the toilet fill valve by myself. Unfortunately, the incomplete flushing problem was never really fixed. Obviously, I cannot recommend Mountain Valley Plumbing in Mountain Home, Idaho. Does anyone know of a reliable plumber in Mountain Home?
