My family has hired this company 4 times to fix the same exact issue and they are HORRIBLE. Their specialist/ plumbers are INCOMPETENT AND SO IS THE OWNER. We recieved warranties the first 2 times we used this company and this last time they PROMISED US WITH A GUARANTEE THAT THE PROBLEM WOULD BE SOLVED. Update: A week after paying over $500 in all for all repairs, the problem is STILL PERSISTANTLY HAPPENING! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR YOU WILL BE SORRY YOU DID! ADAM C. IS THE WORST PLUMBER I'VE EVER DEALT WITH. This company does not care if sewage ends up in your home after the have completed their work. They will not come back to fix the issues they CAUSED! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE HEALTH HAZARD THIS IS FOR CHILDREN! I WILL BE HAVING MY SYSTEM THOROUGHLY INSPECTED AND IF ADVISED BY MY LAWYER TAKE THIS MATTER TO COURT AGAINST THIS COMPANY! THEY HAVE NOT HEARD THE LASTS OF ME!

I was out of town for work and our toilets were not flushing correctly. This was becoming quite a hassle for my wife so I called a plumber to fix the problem. They came and augered our 2 toilets and "did not find anything". They only recommended that we replace both toilets through them. Then charged us $170 for the "service". The toilets still did not work when he left so basically charged us $170 for not helping us at all. Personally, I'd recommend you use a different plumber.
