Master had a technician at my house extremely fast to inspect my water heater. The technician, Jim Lyman, was professional and extremely knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and was very courteous. Master will be my first call for any future plumbing needs. Thanks Jim.

Late Sunday afternoon, 5/5/19, my kitchen sinks, including the garbage disposal, backed up. I discovered Master Plumbing on the internet. Their site was professional yet friendly, offered the information most people would look for and had 126 excellent reviews! I called them Monday morning and had a plumber, Austin, at my home by 10:30 am. I recognized him from the picture Master Plumbing sent. I have never seen a company do this and I appreciate the security. Austin was efficient, more than capable and had my problem solved in about 20 minutes. I then explained a shower in my basement bathroom would not turn on and asked if they did that type of work. Austin took a quick look and had the shower running just like new as well as the sink that was spraying sideways in about 5-10 minutes. No charge for this additional work! Master Rooter is so good to work with. So professional, so good at analyzing problems, and so good at delivering solutions that work. And, very reasonably priced. I am an irrigation lateral manager and they have been very helpful to me over the years in my work to attempt to solve old ditch problems (roots, clogs and silt). Worked a lot with Mark and Helmet and they are super good at what they do. I highly recommend Master Rooter.
