Don't bother to call them they never return your call
They have been paid to do a simple bathroom plumbing job. It's been three months and the tub still doesn't drain, the toilet doesn't flush, the cold line doesn't run. They've been by 4 times without finishing the job. I don't recommend this company to anyone.
They put the plumbing for our island sink 2 feet off from the blueprints. Then charged us to move the plumbing to 10 inches away from where it needed to go. We had to build a cover over the plumbing and make it look like a step. The blueprints were exactly 7 feet away from this mistake. I guess using a tape measure isn't his responsibility either. It was everybody elses fault. There were multiple other smaller issues. He also bills a labor charge on top of the labor charge and he actually tried to justify it. I'd keep looking for a reputable plumber. This looks like strike 2 on reviews, I hope you're not strike 3. On the positive side, he's 1 for 3.
Liberty Plumbing has been awesome to work with as Restoration Company. They provide quality service and excellent customer service. Jason and his crews are top notch.
They did the plumbing in my new house and I have had 2 floods and now today noticed that there is hot water going into my guest bathroom toilet!!! What the heck else am I going to find wrong!!!!??? If I could give a negative star I would!!!
