Great once they got here. They were supposed to arrive around 9 and give me a confirmation call. I called around 930 and they stated they were running behind. They arrived around 10 which wasn't too big of a deal. Just wished they would have called me to let me know. Once they arrived, they were excellent. They gave me a quote and charged that exact price. No surprises. Would use again.

Matt and John from Drake Mechanical did an awesome job removing our old hot water heater and installing a new one. Matt and John both took the time to answer all of my questions and explained/showed me everything that I needed to know about the new hot water heater. I would definitely recommend them to my friends. Thank you!

We have had Drake Mechanical out to repair a few plumbing issues that our builder didn't finish. Matt took time to explain what we needed and what the process was going to be. Everything was completed as expected and at a fair price. These guys are great!

My AC unit was accidentally worked on by one of their service technicians and it stopped working. Whether it was a mistake on their part or a coincidence with my AC system failing, Drake Mechanical owned up and took care of the issue. My AC is working perfectly now. I would highly, highly recommend them. Their honesty, promptness, and professionalism during this ordeal was top notch.
