The plumber came to our home to fix our garbage disposal that needed to be replaced. When I called to set up the appointment, I was quoted 59 dollars to have the technician come out. We already purchased the Badger 5 model needed in the repair. My only major qualm was that the price ended up being nearly 300.00 and that was never mentioned until the day of the appointment. In addition to the part we'd already bought! It makes me wonder if we could have figured it all out. It would have taken more time on our part, sure, but could have been significantly less expensive seeing as we already had a replacement machine. The highlight was the client service I experienced, it was really great. Ryan was excellent. The operations and job to be done, including pricing, left me hoping for better.

Dan did an excellent job at our home. We would recommend him to anyone that needs an knowledgeable plumber. Not only did he repairs leaks around our home, he also found that our heat duct in our crawl space was disconnected and he repaired that also. We had a leak on a Sunday afternoon. Called Cloverdale and they were at our house within the hour. They also called and spoke with the restoration company and had them on their way as well. Relieved our stress right away. Ryan was awesome!
