I really enjoyed meeting the technicians at Perfect Heating, Air Conditioning & Plumbing had sent to checkout my Air Conditioning system, both gentlemen were very clean in their appearance and even wore shoe coverings as to not track any dirt from their shoes form outside. Additionally, they were very professional with their approach and knowledge of my Air Conditioning systems. What I also appreciated greatly, was their ability to explain some of the different aspects of the equipment, from the military I had gained a little bit of knowledge about the basics of both Heating and Air Conditioning systems, even though there were aspects that I had forgotten or couldn’t remember, they were more than helpful in explaining the different aspects in much greater detail. I have had dealings with other companies when it came to handling my yearly maintenance contracts, however their excuses outweighs their knowledge when it came to properly repairing my Heating and Air Conditioning systems where their bills, I felt were greatly overpriced when compared with other companies. Additionally, when it came time on renewing my yearly maintenance of my home systems their promises once again outweighed their ability’s, and I have gone years without any such agreements. However it is a great comfort to have all my questions answered by such a professional group of professionals and in such a conscience and easily to understandable way as these gentlemen had done. Their professional attitude and knowledge was exceptional. I also look forward to discussing changes to my Hot Water systems to a Tankless hot water system and a ion exchange water softener system, as they are, one of a very few that seems to have the experience and expertise in these systems also. For me, it is going to be so much easier dealing with just one company that has the ability to do it all, and do it professionally. And when the time comes that I need any plumbing accomplished, I’m sure they will be just as knowledge in that area also. It’s nice to know that there pricing is so very reasonable is also a great relief when dealing with a company that is both professional and knowledgeable, I’m sure I’ll be working with them for the foreseeable future. The service was amazing! Dan Caruso came through our home and fixed what we needed done in less then 30 minuets, he educated both my spouse and I on what was happening and why. He also gave us multiple options as far as what we wanted to invest for our service. We are on a budget so it was nice to know he was right there with us! He also gave us some personal tips for our future home we’re constructing currently and what to look out for when it comes to plumbing. I highly recommend this company.

Install was great! We were lucky to have the new furnace and air compressor put in the next day after not having air conditioning all summer. Super friendly and patient technicians who know the field! Even helped take out a small tree growing in between gas meter and compressor. Only issue was on the financing side of things- wasn’t positive we were approved on the financial end until after technicians were already here ready for install. But office administrator was super friendly and helpful!

The service and support I have received from Perfect has been outstanding. Recently my AC went down and Perfect was able to send out a technician after hours to help me get things working again. Josh was quickly able to identify the problem and have everything repaired in under an hour. Thanks Josh and Perfect for helping us stay cool.

The technician who came was extremely nice. He did a very thorough check of both air-conditioning systems. That took over two hours. Then he spent a long time writing up the report. It came to $13,000 in recommended repairs, or obviously replacement of both systems since they are 19 years old. However they work great and cool the house. I thought it was going to be a system tuneup, not that I was spending $80 for an outrageous bid.
