Catmull's crew roughed in some plumbing for our master bath remodel. They were helpful, polite and respectful. They did exactly what we wanted and we couldn't be happier with the quality of work. They cleaned up after themselves really well and took an extra minute to go over their work with us and answer any of our questions. Nice touch. They provided helpful recommendations and we were able to get a good deal on some fixtures through them. Can't recommend them highly enough.

The reason for the low rating isn’t really for the quality of work but for the billing process. After they finished repairing a 1” section of exposed copper pipe. My husband enquired about payment. He was informed that we would be getting a bill in the mail. Well it has been over a month and the first bill we receive states we are over 30 days late. My suggestion is to get an itemized list of part & labor from the plumber’s themselves before they leave the work site to ensure you don’t get charged late fees due to them not sending out bills in a timely fashion. Edit: So I am bumping their rating to 4 stars because they are just slow with their paper work. Their quality of work is great.
Worst pluming ever called said they were backed up for 2to 3 weeks finally fixed the ha broken pipe one day past same Pipe pipe broke they send same Plummer n did charge me again for fixing the same pipe twice a pipe they soould have checked month past same pipe broke now they won't even come to the house to fix a pipe they had already fix a month back worst plumbing company ever don't mess with this people they don't care worthless
