Will not give general estimates for future project planning. Typical cost varies from $7,000 to over $25,000. Did not even try to walk through the options and variables that affect the cost. Maybe later I would have a better time working with them but if this is the initial communication, I'd hate to have to work with them if anything was going wrong or needed fixed.

We have been a customer for a new toilet. The service man was very polite and took his shoes off upon entering our home. He respected our space, did a great job! We own a small business and my husband commented that we needed to have the person that answered the phone and scheduled the service as part of our team. She was excellent. Highly recommend this company!

Double the price, lie to me on my warranty sad if I don't go through them it be cancelled, I called my warranty company and they sad different.

If this rating scale had a ten star I would give them a 10 star rating !! I am the chairman of the trustees for the United Methodist Church in Estherville, IA. Over the last couple of years this company has changed out 8 furnaces and 5 air conditioners. We still have some furnaces and A/C units to be changed in the future. The latest project they did for us was a complete re-plumbing of our sewer system. Both these projects were large projects in our eyes. We went out and got other bids for both projects and this company came in both times with the best price, best warranty and best service contract. The workers were very good at the installations, knowledge of products and cleaned up behind themselves and most of all they did both projects in a very timely manner !!! Throughout this summer the service crew spent countless hours and many trips to our education unit to work on our boiler system that has never worked correctly since it was installed several years ago. This last week I and one other trustee meet Jesse and Adam at our education unit and they went through the process that went on throughout this summer and explained how all the re-plumbing, new valves and pumps are now going to make this system work correctly and make service work so much easier. At the end of this meeting I asked what the cost of all of this was going to be and the bill was presented to us and it came to several thousands of dollars and the bottom line was highlighted with a total amount due $0.00. All the countless hours and materials was donated to us. Their is no way we the church members will ever be able to express and show our gratitude for everything this company Comfortec has done for us. I want to extend the largest THANK YOU that can be expressed. If anyone has any doubt about doing business with this company contact myself or any of the trustees and we will give this company the highest recommendation. Jack Schoon
