I've used Crystal Clear for a new sump pump, water heater, and toilet install. The prices are always competitive. They get right to the job at hand and have always been courteous, professional, and efficient. I have dealt with other companys before, union and non-union, and have found some of their practices questionable, such as "getting parts from van," while smoking, talking on the phone, eating a sandwich, thus adding 30 - 45 minutes on to a job charging the standard per every 15 minute rates. My trust in service is not easily given because of this. I have never had that type of dishonesty from the people at Crystal Clear Plumbing. I would recommend their service to anyone.
