My experience with A2Z has always been fantastic. My home warranty company contracts them for local repairs. They great at keeping you in the loop through constant communication and their customer service is always pleasant and top notch. Would highly recommend.
Very polite and kind but left some things undone without an offer to come and take a look. We ended up finishing the project and cleaning up the water ourselves. May have been an isolated event. Seems like a good company and good people
A2Z installed my tankless hot water heater and has serviced it. Scott is very personable and provides clear explanations. I would recommend them for any heating, air conditioning, and plumbing jobs.
The technician was good, and the service was mostly timely. It did seem that some things, like having a ball valve for water lines when they are replacing a water heater, would be in their truck so they didn’t have to drive all the way back to NL when my water is completely shut off. Definitely get your full quote before hand (which was my fault and I did not do). When they had finished the install and were writing the invoice, the heater they installed was not in their invoice selection. After calling the shop, and getting the price, it was $200 more than picking the same model up from Lowe’s with my mil discount. I would expect a small up-charge to cover the expenses, but was a little sticker shocked when it came back that high. I called them after the technician had left just to verify that it was really that much more, and to have the full invoice sent, and they assured me that the price was correct. If you can purchase the materials and have them installed by a2z, then I would recommend them (as long as you let them know what they are working on so that time isn’t wasted driving back to North Liberty from your house). If you have to purchase the actual piece of equipment from them, I would probably shop around first.
Scheduling was incredibly easy and timely, and everyone I spoke with was professional and easy to work with. Canon came out to install a new kitchen faucet, and he was on time, professional, and did a great job. The cost was also very reasonable. I will definitely be using them for future projects.
